We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Goods may be returned if they are faulty, damaged, we have mistakenly sent incorrect goods or you have made an error in your order which will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at cs@adbim-schoolwear.co.uk to request a returns number as well as instructions on where to send your package. To enable us process your refund please email us at cs@adbim-schoolwear.co.uk with proof of return of package.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at cs@adbim-schoolwear.co.uk if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once a returns number is issued, purchase the required item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the refund.
